About the role

The buying team has been sending dating traffic mostly to in-house products since 2011 — but no internal offer covers every GEO equally well. That is why an external portfolio exists: 15–30 active offers from direct advertisers and networks, each one found, negotiated and kept in check by somebody. That somebody is you. This is a procurement role, not a sales one: you sell nothing — you negotiate the best possible terms for our traffic and catch every percent of discrepancy in the stats. You report to the Head of Media Buying.

What you will do

  • Scout dating offers and networks for our GEOs and sources, with direct advertisers as the priority.
  • Negotiate terms: rates, volume bumps, private deals, exclusives, test caps.
  • Launch integrations with the tech team: postbacks, passing click → registration → subscription → rebill funnel events.
  • Reconcile stats weekly — our tracker against the partner’s dashboard — catching shaving and payout delays.
  • Balance caps and traffic distribution across offers together with the buyers and analytics.
  • Maintain the market map: who pays what in each GEO, where CPL/PPS/RevShare rates are heading.
  • Grow your network at industry conferences — on the company’s budget.

What matters to us

Must have:

  • 1.5+ years as an affiliate manager or media buyer in dating or an adjacent vertical.
  • A working command of CPL/PPS/RevShare models and the ability to model an offer’s unit economics before connecting it.
  • Negotiation skill: a secured rate bump is your routine, not a heroic feat.
  • Written English at B2+ — daily correspondence with networks and advertisers.
  • Rigor with numbers: a 3% discrepancy is caught by you, not by accounting at month-end.

Nice to have:

  • Your own contacts at dating networks and direct advertisers.
  • Hands-on tracker experience (Keitaro, Binom) at the postback-and-macro level.
  • An understanding of SOI/DOI registrations and traffic quality by source.

What you get

  • A portfolio where your personal impact is visible: every bump you secure is a concrete number in your bonus.
  • Traffic worth bargaining with: stable volumes from an in-house buying team.
  • Conferences on the company’s budget: you build your network on work time, not on vacation.
  • Analytics and tech backup: your own reporting per offer, not “go ask around”.
  • Fully remote, with no office or timezone anchor.

Growth track

As the portfolio grows, the direction spins off into a standalone partnerships vertical — and you head it: your own team of managers and a share of the whole branch’s turnover.

Compensation

$1 000–1 800 base + a % of turnover on the offers you connected, by an open formula. Payouts on a fixed date.

Process

30-min screening → interview with the Head of Media Buying → a negotiation case review → offer. Up to 7 business days.

Questions about this role

Is this sales or offer procurement?

Procurement: you source and connect external dating offers and networks for our traffic, negotiating better rates and private terms. Nothing to sell — you need to negotiate.

How is my percentage calculated?

A share of the traffic turnover on offers you connected, by an open formula. The better the terms you secured and the more stable the offers — the bigger your bonus.

How many offers at once?

A portfolio of 15–30 active offers across GEOs plus continuous scouting. Not hundreds of positions — depth of terms matters, not count.

Do I need my own network contacts?

A strong plus, not a requirement: what matters is reaching new partners and negotiating rates. You will grow the network at conferences on our budget.
