About the role
Our buying track has three steps: a farmer prepares accounts, an assistant works inside them, a buyer owns the budget. You join at step two. This is a role where you learn on live campaigns with real spend rather than on simulators or course theory: you pair with one specific buyer, watch their decisions every day, and gradually take over harder pieces of the work. The company has been running dating traffic since 2011, so the reviews you get at daily syncs are fifteen years of practice distilled, not a retelling of public guides. You report to the Meta team lead.
What you will do
- Duplicate and launch campaigns from the buyer’s brief: structure, bids, targeting — no improvising, but always understanding the “why”.
- Monitor statuses and moderation: you catch the rejected creative while the buyer works on campaigns.
- Build daily account reports: spend, conversions along the click → registration → subscription → rebill funnel, anomalies.
- Run creative rotation: uploads, swapping out burned-out assets, requests to the creative team.
- Keep the infrastructure running: receive accounts from the farming team, watch payment methods and access.
- Debrief the week with your buyer: why one campaign is in profit and another is not.
What matters to us
Must have:
- A basic grasp of Meta Ads — from your own tests, a course, or adjacent work (social or search ads).
- Precision: one mistake when duplicating a campaign sends the budget the wrong way.
- Reaction speed: a rejection at 9 a.m. does not wait until lunch.
- The intent to grow into a buyer — this role exists for exactly that.
Nice to have:
- Farming experience or familiarity with anti-detect browsers.
- Google Sheets at the pivot-table level.
- English good enough for interfaces and help docs.
What you get
- A mentor whose KPIs include your growth — it is their job, not their goodwill.
- Access to live campaigns from week one instead of months of theory first.
- Transparent promotion criteria: a skills checklist, not a manager’s mood.
- Fully remote, with payouts on a fixed date.
Growth track
Typically after 4–6 months you launch your first campaigns of your own under the team lead’s supervision, move up to junior buyer, and earn your first share under the open formula: Bonus = % × (revenue − spend − consumables).
Compensation
$400–700 base. Payouts on a fixed date. On promotion to junior buyer — a higher base plus a share of profit.
Process
30-min screening → a practical task in a test ad account → a call with the team lead → offer. Up to 5 business days.
Questions about this role
How is an assistant different from a farmer?
A farmer prepares accounts; an assistant already works inside ad accounts: duplicating campaigns, watching statuses, preparing reports. It is the next step of the track — closer to the campaigns themselves.
Can I start as an assistant without going through farming?
Yes, if you already have a basic grasp of ad accounts — from courses, your own tests or adjacent work (social/search ads). Screening checks understanding, not certificates.
What will I do daily?
Duplicate and launch campaigns from the buyer's brief, monitor statuses and moderation, prepare account reports, handle creatives (upload, rotation), small infrastructure tasks.
How long until I become an independent buyer?
Typically 4–6 months as an assistant, then first campaigns of your own under the team lead's supervision and promotion to junior buyer with a profit share.
Who will teach me?
You pair with a specific buyer and the team lead: daily syncs, campaign reviews, gradually harder tasks. Mentoring is part of the buyer's KPIs.
