About the role

ROIcamp has been building dating products since 2011 and owns the whole funnel — from the first click all the way to rebill. Every week the traffic team launches dozens of hypotheses across Tier-1/Tier-2 GEOs, and each one is dead on arrival without a creative. Your territory is the pipeline “hypothesis → finished creative in 24–48 hours”: a buyer’s brief comes in, variations go out while the audience is still warm. This is neither studio design nor branding: nobody here argues about taste, because CTR and CVR in a live campaign settle every argument. The entire AI stack — image generation, video, lip-sync — is paid by the company, and you decide what to add to it next.

What you will do

  • Keep the “hypothesis → creative” cycle inside 24–48 hours: brief queue, priorities, deadlines.
  • Produce statics, video and carousels for Meta and TikTok — dozens of variations weekly.
  • Write UGC scripts and assemble them with AI: characters, video generation, lip-sync.
  • Adapt messages to specific GEOs — what hit in the US gets rewritten for DE, not translated.
  • Sit down with buyers every week over CTR, CVR and cost per conversion, then turn conclusions into the next iterations.
  • Curate the library of proven mechanics: what ran, in which GEO, and why it worked.
  • Trial new AI tools and make the case for buying the ones that genuinely speed up production.

What matters to us

Required:

  • A portfolio of performance creatives that actually spent budget — with numbers attached, not just pictures.
  • Confident Figma plus video tools: AE, Premiere or CapCut.
  • Hands-on AI image and video generation — built into your process, not merely “tried once”.
  • Fluency in Meta/TikTok moderation: what gets blocked, what slips through, how to adapt without grey tricks.
  • Comfort making calls from data when there is no art director in the room.

Nice to have:

  • Dating or subscription-product background — you know what walks a user to rebill.
  • Motion and animation skills.

What you get

  • A paid AI stack with a budget for new tools: you propose, we test, we buy.
  • Per-creative analytics: you see CTR, CVR and the contribution to deposits instead of shipping into a void.
  • Direct leverage on spend: media buying scales exactly what you made well.
  • Fully remote work with a schedule anchored to pipeline deadlines, not hours spent on calls.
  • A seat next to the buying, farm and analytics departments — you see the whole kitchen, not just your slice.

Growth track

Creative Producer → Lead Creative with your own team (junior designers and localization report to you) → head of the creative direction for the traffic team. The pace is set by your creatives’ numbers, not by years served.

Compensation

$1,000–1,800 base with reviews driven by test results. Payouts land on a fixed date — no delays, no “maybe next week”.

Process

30-min screening → portfolio review with the Head of Media Buying → a compact test up to 3 hours → offer. The test mirrors a real brief — no week-long homework.

Questions about this role

Are dozens of creatives a week realistic?

Yes, but not from scratch: most are iterations of working mechanics (new copy, first frames, localizations). Genuinely new concepts — a few per week.

Who writes the brief and what does it look like?

Buyers, using a template: hypothesis, audience, GEO, references, deadline. No chaotic «make something pretty» — a brief without a hypothesis goes back to its author.

Which AI tools does the company pay for?

The working stack for image, video and lip-sync generation is on us. The stack is alive: propose a tool that speeds production — we test and buy it.

How is my performance measured?

Two levels: production speed (24–48h per hypothesis) and creative performance (CTR, CVR in campaigns). Weekly reviews with buyers.

Is there art direction, and who do I report to?

You report to the Head of Media Buying. Art direction is performance-flavored: quality is defined by test numbers, not a manager taste. Style freedom — within platform moderation.
