About the role
ROIcamp has spent fifteen years in the dating vertical — since 2011 — with its own funnel down to rebill and steady volumes across Tier-1/Tier-2 GEOs. Yet direct advertisers and networks still discover us through personal introductions. Your mission is to make them come inbound: they read a case in a niche outlet, meet us at a conference, receive the media kit — and write to partners@. This is marketing where the outcome is counted in a deal pipeline, not in reach. You report to the Head of Media Buying and work day-to-day with the Affiliate Manager.
What you will do
- Shape ROIcamp’s B2B positioning: why an advertiser should care, told in numbers and cases rather than slogans.
- Build and maintain the partner toolkit: media kit, one-pager, decks, landing pages.
- Plan the European niche conference circuit: choosing events, preparation, meetings, the booth.
- Squeeze every event dry: post-event follow-ups, handing warm contacts into the pipeline.
- Negotiate placements: cases, columns and mentions in affiliate media and industry Telegram channels.
- Launch joint campaigns with the Affiliate Manager: outreach materials, co-branded activities.
- Run inbound analytics: channel, cost, conversion to deal — then reallocate effort accordingly.
What matters to us
Required:
- 2+ years in B2B marketing with verifiable outcomes: pipeline, leads, closed deals.
- Full-cycle event experience: from picking the conference to follow-ups that convert.
- Structured materials and strong writing: a media kit people actually finish.
- English B2+: correspondence and meetings with international partners.
Nice to have:
- Inside knowledge of the affiliate/performance marketing industry.
- Contacts in niche media or among event organizers.
- Experience working in tandem with sales or a partnership department.
What you get
- A direction you build from scratch on your own terms: strategy, channels, the events calendar — your calls.
- A product that sells itself on facts: a funnel down to rebill, in-house buying, farm and analytics departments — the case-study material is real.
- A conference and PR budget defended by a plan, not begged for.
- Bonuses tied to the inbound pipeline — your result converts into your income.
- Fully remote, with travel only for the key events.
Growth track
Marketing Manager → Head of B2B Marketing: a team (SMM, contractors, PR), your own P&L for the direction, and a voice in choosing GEOs and partner strategy. Promotion is argued by pipeline momentum visible in the CRM, never by impressions.
Compensation
$1,200–2,000 base plus bonuses for the inbound pipeline. Payouts on a fixed date, no exceptions.
Process
30-min screening → interview with the Head of Media Buying → case review: reaching partners in a new GEO → offer. Up to 10 business days end to end.
Questions about this role
How is this different from the SMM role?
SMM runs the channels; you own the whole B2B direction: advertiser positioning, conferences, PR, partner materials. SMM is one of your distribution tools.
Which conferences are planned?
Niche traffic and affiliate marketing events in Europe: booth/networking, materials, post-event follow-ups. The events budget is defended by plan.
What about PR?
Cases and columns in niche media and industry Telegram channels, co-materials with partners. The team provides the substance — the packaging is yours.
How is my result measured?
Inbound partner requests (partners@ and forms), the advertiser negotiations pipeline, brand recognition in the niche. Conference leads are counted separately.
