About the role
The traffic industry talks in Telegram: that’s where people read breakdowns, hunt for jobs and check who can be trusted. LinkedIn is the second stage — the one partners and advertisers watch. ROIcamp has worked the dating vertical since 2011, and the team has piled up cases, numbers and war stories worth reading — yet nobody tells them systematically. You become the team’s voice in the niche: not “running the pages” but building a reputation you can measure in job applications and inbound requests. You report to the Head of Media Buying, working closely with the recruiter and the Creative Producer.
What you will do
- Build and run the ROIcamp Telegram channel: rubrics, a content plan, a steady cadence with zero filler.
- Pull substance out of the team — buyer interviews, analyst numbers, farm-department stories — and package it into posts people finish reading.
- Own LinkedIn: the company page, employer brand, content aimed at partners and advertisers.
- Distribute without spam: deals with niche channels, cross-posts, community participation by the community’s own etiquette.
- Promote vacancies: reshape them into social formats and bring applications you can trace through UTM.
- Track the presence: engagement, clicks, brand mentions — a monthly snapshot with conclusions.
- Commission visuals from the creative department: you set the task, a designer draws it.
What matters to us
Required:
- 1.5+ years in SMM and at least one channel you grew yourself — with before/after numbers.
- Telegram as a working instrument: you understand formats, reposts and the mechanics of channel growth.
- Strong writing: a post should sound like a person, never like a press release.
- An ear for the niche’s tone: the arbitrage crowd smells fakeness and corporate gloss instantly.
Nice to have:
- English B1+ for LinkedIn content.
- Familiarity with traffic arbitrage or experience in an adjacent niche.
- Light editing or graphics skills for quick-turnaround posts.
What you get
- Source material other SMM folks fight for years to reach: real cases from a traffic team with its own buying, farm and analytics departments.
- Freedom of format: rubrics, tone and experiments are yours — we align on strategy, not on every post.
- A direct line to the Head and the team, with no approval chain in between.
- Fully remote, asynchronous rhythm — what counts is the content plan, not your online status.
- A measurable outcome: you see exactly how many applications and requests your channels delivered.
Growth track
SMM Manager → owner of all ROIcamp content distribution: social, blog, newsletters. Then a fork: toward B2B marketing (the link with the Marketing Manager already exists) or toward leading the brand direction. Growth is proven by channel metrics, not slide decks.
Compensation
$700–1,200 base, reviewed against channel momentum. Payouts on a fixed date, reliably.
Process
30-min screening → review of your channel-growth cases → test: a one-week TG content plan with three written posts → offer. Up to 7 business days.
Questions about this role
Which platforms come first?
Telegram is primary (the language of the traffic industry), then LinkedIn for B2B and partners. Instagram/X as needed. Platform strategy is shaped together.
Is the content about the company or the industry?
Both: team cases and numbers, vacancies, blog breakdowns, industry observations. The tone is expert and honest — no corporate gloss.
Who provides the substance for content?
The team: buyers, analysts, the Head. Your job is extracting substance and turning it into posts people read. Design support comes from the creative team.
How is my result measured?
Subscriber growth and engagement in TG/LinkedIn, clicks to vacancies and applications from social (UTM shows everything), brand mentions in niche communities.
